   Hello my sisters and brothers, I greet you in the name of Jesus,

I am who I am and was from the beginning of time, even when I was trying to find myself. I am thankful that what God
ordains does not change, we may change but He does not. What a blessing to know that when He was placing the stars
in the sky and the fish in the sea, He had a place for me, even then. It puts a smile on my face to know that I am that
special to God and so are you. After many years of running from Gods plan for my life, I truly committed my life to
Him in February 1994 and accepted my calling as an Evangelist and an Encourager in July 2002. Life has never been
the same and there is no turning back.

   Obedience brings Blessings, and God blessed me with the ministry gift of Encouragement, “Sisters Encouraging
Sisters Ministries” in May 2004 in El Paso , TX. Sense that time, God has increased the Ministry far beyond my
expectations and 1Corin 2:9 lets me know it is not over yet. S.E.S Ministries vision is to educate and encourage
women to stay in the race, not give up on God. I have good days and not so good days like everyone else. Life is not
always a easy but I continue to strive to be more like our Father, as He continues to work on me, with me, and through
me, as He allows me to be His voice piece. God has opened doors and allowed me to go places I did not even think of.
He has allowed me to conduct and speak at workshops and conferences for women to help spread His word, educate
and encourage. We need to be educated on debt reduction, health, fitness and establishing home base businesses. We
need to be empowered with knowledge and encouraged through the Word of God. Knowledge is Power. When we
know who holds all things we know who to ask for what we desire. When we know better we can do better.

   I have been married to my King, Ricky Hagood for 27 years and we are blessed with two beautiful daughters, whom
we are so proud of. I am a native of Greenville, SC, raised by my loving parents Joe L. and Betty Mayfield with my
four sisters and one brother.

   I am currently serving our Nation as a Soldier in the United States Army as a Command Sergeant Major at Fort
Jackson, SC. I am honored to work for and serve the Soldiers and Civilians of the Adjutant General's Corps. My
prayer is that where ever God allows me to travel that I will be able to plant His seeds and when I depart they will
know His spirit was there. Thank you for keeping this ministry, my family and I in your prayers.
