                                                 "FREEDOMS FRONT DOOR"
                                                              the door is open

"Freedom's Front Door"  is the motto for the organization I worked for at one time.  When men
and women came through our doors it was in search for a change of life, a better way of life.  Some
came seeking an escape from the streets, from a life of drugs, abused and death; some came seeking
to be able to feed their families and provide shelter for them, some came seeking education
opportunities, some came seeking to serve a great cause then themselves in serving our nation, and
some came to see what we could offer.  They all came seeking a change, seeking something different
out of life, just as we all do at one point in our lives.

Not everyone that walked in walked out with what they came seeking.  Sometimes past actions,
health conditions prevented them from becoming a part of our organization, the US Military.  It broke
my heart when I saw someone who had such a desire to serve our Nation but could not.  For some
their condition is temporary, for others it is permanent.

Oh, but when I think of  the true Freedoms Front Door, I cant help but to think about the greatest
door we will ever stand before.  The door that we can all walk through with no fear of rejection.  The
Door to Salvation, to true freedom, when we open up our hearts and let God in.  True Freedom is
accepting God in our hearts as our Lord and savior and knowing that we can be free in Him.
 Romans
10:8-13
I am so glad to serve a God that did not disqualify me from serving on His team because of
my past hang ups, present mess-ups and issues.  We serve a God that stands at the door and waits on
us to seek Him and He opened the door and allows us to come in.

He didn't lock the door, like some of us do when people mess up, but He kept the door open and
allowed me to walk in.  When we walk through the door of salvation we walk into freedom.  We can
be free from living a life filled of sin, free from the grips of the enemy having control over us, free
from having to fight our own battles, free from worry, from chains, free from all those things that
hold us down.

                                                   WE CAN BE FREE!!

We can be free to love, free to have peace and joy in our lives, free to turn our issues over to God and
let Him fight our battles, free to walk the path that God has directed for us.  We can only find TRUE
FREEDOM in GOD.  A freedom of the spirit that we can not get from anywhere or anybody else.

If you are reading this and you have not accepted Christ into your life, you can do it right
now.  It is not hard, just say this and mean it from your heart:  Father God, I confess with my mouth,
"Jesus is Lord," and believe in my heart that God raised him from the dead, come into my heart and
save me, I want to be free.  I receive my salvation, I am saved.

For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess
and are saved. As the Scripture says, "Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame."For
there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all
who call on him, for, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved (Romans 10:9-13).  If
you accepted Christ into your heart, I pray you commit to seeking a greater relationship with Christ,
a church home, and  get baptized.
You have a right to be SAVED and  FREE .  If you are already saved, live you life in a matter that
the unsaved will know you a different and will seek you out to learn more about the God in you.

God Bless you
Think about it:
Whose door are you knocking on?
Matt. 7-7
"Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and
the door will be opened to you.
